We exist to support rangatahi, whanau and communities through holistic development

“E tū te wero” means to stand up to the challenge – and we believe with every challenge lies an opportunity to develop new pathways.

Our work supports reconnection with whakapapa, whānau, and community, while opening pathways into education, training, and employment.

We are committed to breaking down barriers, nurturing leadership, and creating opportunities for meaningful and sustainable futures.

We’re here to empower Rangatahi, Whānau, and Community to ‘rise to the challenge’.

We operate under New Zealand charitable law and are not-for-profit. We measure our impact through Wellbeing, education, training, and employment outcomes.
